Request for HW/SW Requirements and Communication Flows for Agent Entrapment on Windows Modern Devices Solved

Hello everyone, Could you please provide the documentation or requirements needed for the entrapment (enrollment/attestation) of an Agent on Windows Modern devices? I need to confirm: Hardware requirements: minimum compatibility, TPM/Secure Boot dependencies, or other needed components. Software requirements: supported Windows Modern versions, required services, dependencies, and necessary configurations. Communication flows: endpoints used, protocols, ports, and the specific flow for the entrapment/enrollment process to ensure full agent functionality. Any official references or previous experiences would be very helpful. Thank you!

Activate/deactivate windows update service with script on Windows modern device's. Solved

HiI wish to activate/deactivate windows update service with script on Windows modern device's. It works fine to start or stop the update service sending the command "net start wuauserv" with PowerShell Native script. But it does not work to send "sc config wuauserv start=disable" to completely disable windows update. I can disable/enable windows update if I open a dos prompt on the device and type "sc config wuauserv start=disable" but i would like to send this command as a script in SOTI.Is this possible?

Any updated documentation for getting WNS info? Solved

I'm not sure, but I feel like I'm missing something here, and maybe it's just due to the inconsistency of documentation surrounding WNS (even Microsoft is still showing steps for the old Developer portal.) I made a developer account for our generic Live account (because MS would not let me use my org account,) and added the Live account to our org's AD, and granted the permissions described in the Partner Center, to allow access. I then worked with our internal developers to get a dummy MSIX to upload to the MS Store. I've gotten the MSIX through Submission, and have a PSID and PFN. I then logged into a global admin for the org's AD, and setup a secret for the dummy MSIX under App Registrations. I copy/pasted the PSID, PFN, and secret into the MobiControl Global Settings fields for WNS, but every time I click Save, I get an error "Failed to update the Windows Notification Service configuration because the service failed to obtain a token." Did I miss a step, or is there more to this that hasn't been documented yet? I'd just like to get WNS working so that we can fully utilize MobiControl on Windows 10+. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Anyway to show non-LDAP users using modern Windows devices? Solved

I'm looking for a way to view, whether it be through the device name or in the details pane/overview table, what user logs into a modern Windows device. Our users authenticate through Azure AD and we do not utilize an LDAP, so I can't assign users to these devices. We also don't use shared devices, each user is assigned a device for their sole use. Other users are still capable of logging into any of our Windows devices, but the only time that ever occurs is if I need to log in to run and admin task. I also looked into available variables for device name/hostname, but there didn't appear to be a variable available to get the user information I need. Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can best view which O365 user has logged into/is using a modern Windows device?
