I have one user who received a new laptop recently and SOTI XSight is stuck on waiting to connect for any device he tries to remote into. we have tried in Google chrome and also in Edge and both are giving the same message. We also cleared cache, cleared cookies, and restarted the computer. He can use the legacy plug in but the web based version is not working. The XSight screen pulls up but it doesn't move pass "connecting, waiting to connect with the device". We have tried remoting into a Zebra device and a Samsung device and both are giving the same message. He is the only user having this issue. Any ideas anyone?
I tried to generate Soti Xsight agent for a customer but was unable to publish it as the publish option was greyed out.
We have about 50 Honeywell ck65 scanners available, and using xsight for inventory. We noticed that the scanners regulary added in the watchlist with device drops. What is the exact definition of device drops? How do they measure this, especially from honeywell devices. Is there something in the scanner for setting the treshold for example?
