SOTI Connect now supports Direct TCP communication to streamline device enrollment and initialization workflows. By enabling direct communication over open ports, this feature reduces dependency on intermediary channels and allows for faster device discovery, initial firmware updates, and troubleshooting. This improves onboarding efficiency and provides administrators with more direct control when managing malfunctioning or uninitialized devices.

SOTI XSight: 2026.1.0

A new set of public REST APIs enables third-party IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms to integrate directly with the SOTI XSight Workbench. External systems can launch a Workbench with a pre-selected action (such as Remote Control), associate devices, manage diagnostic activities and sync workbench data. Full API documentation is available through the published Swagger UI and OpenAPI specification, with a new integration settings page in the SOTI XSight web console giving administrators control over third-party access with role-based permissions.
