A new set of public REST APIs enables third-party IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms to integrate directly with the SOTI XSight Workbench. External systems can launch a Workbench with a pre-selected action (such as Remote Control), associate devices, manage diagnostic activities and sync workbench data.
