SOTI Identity

SOTI Identity now supports seamless synchronization of the ‘active’ status for users and groups from LDAP/Entra ID directories. This update ensures that the status displayed in SOTI Identity matches the directory data, providing accurate, real-time user and group status information, and enhancing operational efficiency for administrators.

The UI/UX of SOTI Identity has received a complete refresh with the implementation of the Elevate Design Theme. The update includes modernized icons and the introduction of light mode, enhancing visual comfort and providing a more cohesive and contemporary look in line with other SOTI ONE products.

Administrators can now easily download user data, send targeted communications, define role-based password policies, and automate the deactivation of inactive users—making user management more efficient than ever.

The Multi-Tenant Portal in SOTI Identity has been enhanced for service providers. Administrators can now assign client tenants to new administrators, configure alias names for clients, and view license information directly on the SOTI ONE Portal. These updates improve tenant management and provide better visibility, ensuring a smoother experience for service providers and clients.

SOTI Identity now enables users to log in to Windows Modern devices using SOTI Identity credentials, eliminating the need for local user credentials or Azure Entra domain join. This feature provides greater flexibility, scalability, and simplifies the authentication process, while supporting regulatory compliance through integrated Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
