We are pleased to announce the release of SOTI XSight 2025.1.0. In this maintenance release, we have added some new features and addressed some customer issues.
See System Requirements for more details.
SOTI XSight now provides device utilization analytics for Personal Shopper devices used by retail stores. Track customer utilization of these devices, monitor how efficiently devices are being returned to entrance racks, identify device shortages, and compare store performance.
SOTI XSight now supports Aruba Central for indoor location tracking. Compatible Aruba Access Points models include Series 300/500/600/700.
SOTI XSight Design Studio now supports a world map layer beneath the canvas for precise building outline tracing. Users can insert pre-existing floor plans as editable files, add custom object images, and utilize new layering controls like "Send to Front" and "Send to Back" for better design flexibility.
SOTI XSight now supports focusing on a single screen when remotely controlling a multi-screen Windows Modern device. This enhances clarity, minimizes distractions, and allows for more precise control over the device.
This requires installing a SOTI MobiControl Windows Agent with version 2025.1.0 or higher.
SOTI XSight now supports the use of wildcard characters when mapping URLs to Web Apps.
Customers that are upgrading from previous versions of SOTI XSight and have Web App Mappings configured, will need to update their existing mappings to follow the enhanced format.
