Hi, i was wondering if there is a way or command that we can use via Mobi Control (v.14) that allow setting the APN to be your default APN, currently on our devices (TC55) we have a client APN and a standard mobile APN, i would like the ability to be able to switch between settings. Currently i have to go into each device manually to change this setting, as when we have the client APN on, we are unable to sync any new files across to the devices (device just cycles between connected and dis-connected, this doesn't allow remote control when this takes place).
I have 150 devices that are missing the proper APN settings for mobile LTE data access. The devices and SIM cards I am using are branded by the same carrier, but auto-configuration is not working. Is there a way to configure the APN settings through MobiControl? There is no "APN" option when setting up the profiles through Android Enterprise (AFW), so I am hoping there's another way to accomplish this.
