    Samsung J400F dialer not working in Lockdown Solved Locked

    Hi, I have a Samsung J400F phone that is locked down.  The dialer however does not work.   Launch://com.android.contacts/com.android.dialer.DialtactsActivity  Does not work I have tried 2 others also failed.  Launch://com.android.contacts  Works to get into the contact.   On the logs the activity in use is .DialtactsActivity  Please help.
