I have the problem that I didn´t see my APP in the Soti Snap Link web interface. The enrollment run succesfully and also in Snap I see it is enrolled.
Has anyone an idea where the problem could be?

In order to understand the problem, we might need the remote view of the app in question as there could be many reasons for this issue.

Hi Deepak,
we found the problem. The port 5495 must be open from the server to the cloud.
After opening this port, we see the APP in Snap Link.
