Hi Tim,
i´ve build some apps that might match your use case. I build an "news-Feed" App in wich users have to confirm that they´ve received and read the news. In another app i´ve embedded PDF-informations wich were stored in a webspace (next-cloud) and we also embedded next-cloud talk as a messenger-service. With snaps Workflow framework it is possible to spread information and trigger decision-making and active feedback.

this app would have to go out to our employees everyday as a briefeing on where there working in the morning (health and safety) this would be in form of a PDF that is updated every day with new information. we need to make sure that the drivers have read and a signature is aquired by them to confirm that they have.
We would need the app to save somewhere so we can then get to these signatures if needed
In theory we need a simple app that allows us to upload specific documents to the tablets for them to sign that can be updated regurlary and we can see when it is done. However we have different drivers in different areas so these documents would be specific to where they are working, it's not one document for everyone.
I hope this helps, i have got a meeting with Soti themselves to go over this as well.
Any advice/help would be highly appreciated though
