When I enroll a WT6300 device (Android 11) it does not appear in the device group

When enrolling the WT6300 device (Android 11) it does not appear in the device group, but if I send apk assignment to the group where it should be if the installations are applied to it, would something similar have happened to them?

Hi Josec,

Thanks for posting on SOTI Pulse.

I would request you check your search integrity under Global Settings> Search Index Sync. If it is less than 90%, please click on Sync now, then you can see the device on the MobiControl web console, if it was enrolled properly and you can see the agent is connected in to the device MobiControl agent. 

If your search sync is failing, I would request you to open a support case here and someone from Technical Support Team can help you

I would request you to do a Search Sync again, as I can see from the image that your search integrity is around 21%, so please make sure it is above 90%. If your search sync is failing, I would request you to open a support case here and someone from Technical Support Team can help you.
