No Such Host is Known Error in SOTI MobiControl SSO Integration

When users attempt to access the SOTI MobiControl application through SOTI Identity (SSO solution), they may encounter an error on the SOTI MobiControl login screen.

When investigating the Management Server logs, the error message No such host is known will appear.

Observed on: SOTI MobiControl 2024.1.2

The issue can observed with either or both of these configuration settings:

• SOTI Identity has not been set as the primary authentication method in SOTI MobiControl.
• SOTI MobiControl is still configured to use SOTI MobiControl authentication or third-party authentication, causing an authentication failure when attempting to login from the SOTI Identity server.
