Release Highlights

Authentication Policy Enhancement

SOTI Identity now allows IT administrators to configure authentication policies that require both an NFC tap and a PIN before a device can be unlocked, raising the security bar for device access across organizations. SOTI MobiControl's custom lock screen enforces these steps automatically, while SOTI Identity validates the credentials server-side. This policy also unlocks the Persistent PIN for Lockdown, allowing a centrally managed PIN across sessions.

Persistent PIN for Lockdown

Building on the NFC + PIN authentication policy, SOTI Identity now eliminates the need for users to set up a new PIN on every login. Once the policy is active, users set their PIN just once under the preferences menu, and it is automatically carried forward across all subsequent sessions, including resumption after idle time or screen timeout. Administrators can also set or update PINs on behalf of users directly within SOTI Identity, ensuring every device stays aligned with the organization's security policy without any extra effort from the end user.

A Fresh Look with Dark Mode

SOTI Identity has been fully redesigned to align with the same modern visual language now adopted across the SOTI ONE Platform. This update brings a refreshed login flow, a cleaner dashboard portal, and full dark mode support across all screens.

Application Catalog for Third-Party Integrations

SOTI Identity introduces a new Application Catalog to simplify third-party application integration. Pre-configured integrations, auto-filled setup fields, and one-click testing help organizations deploy SSO (Single Sign-on) quickly and efficiently. With out-of-the-box support for Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and Okta, organizations can centralize access management without needing dedicated technical resources.
