SOTI Cloud Link Agent enables secure integration between SOTI ONE cloud applications, such as SOTI MobiControl Cloud, and enterprise services that are isolated behind corporate firewalls. It acts as a secure bridge, transferring requests and responses between SOTI MobiControl and your internal systems. If you're using SOTI MobiControl Cloud and need to utilize LDAP for console authentication or device enrollment, deploying a SOTI Cloud Link Agent is required. SOTI MobiControl supports an Outbound Cloud Link Agent configuration, where requests originate from your enterprise service (such as LDAP) and are securely sent to the Cloud Link Agent for processing.
