SOTI Cloud Link Broker facilitates secure communication between SOTI MobiControl, SOTI Identity and the SOTI Cloud Link Agent. It can be installed either on the same server as SOTI MobiControl or on a standalone server. Operating as a central server component, the Cloud Link Broker receives requests from SOTI MobiControl and SOTI Identity, which, along with the Cloud Link Agent, function as clients. The Cloud Link Agent maintains a persistent connection to the broker, allowing it to securely process and execute requests such as querying directory services, authenticating user logins to SOTI MobiControl and SOTI Identity consoles, and utilizing Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) to issue certificates for devices.
