I would like to disable power saver because it causes the GPS on the device to not work correctly as well as showing them offline in Mobicontrol.
Is it an Android+ device like Zebra or Samsung? A Zebra device's Power setting can be controlled via an MX profile and I believe something exists for Samsung.

I had the same problem with the Samsung XCover 4. We were able to exclude the MobiControl Agent from the power saving mode (so that the device appeared online) by sending the device a script using the "Platform messaging" function in the send a script menu option.
