Honeywell Service agreement

Hi, Can someone please explain the Honeywell contract model to me?We have a number of Honeywell CT60 and CT60XP devices.The CT60s are almost all still on Android 9 and I would like to update them to Android 11/12. The download page says that you need a contract to get the download. Our units do not have this contract and are already 2-3 years old. Can I update them or not?Our dealer said that you have to sign an extra contract for just the Android software. But in the end, none of his customers are doing this because Honeywell can't control it.
