    Zebra TC75X Nougat > migrate to entreprise ? Solved

    Hello, We work with soti in version 15.5.1 we have a lot of Zebra TC75X under android 7 -> 02 07 08 with lifeguard update 02 (may 2022). We try to migrate these device to android entreprise, but every time we receive this message: 1 selected device(s) have Android Enterprise migration in progress. A certificate is place to mobcontrol for to migrate to entreprise we ask this to Zebra. this certificate is active with the date :) If I search on google, i find there is some criteria for to migrate: - OS Need to be 7 - Zebra MX need to be > 9 - no google account https://www.soti.net/mc/help/v15.5/en/console/devices/managing/enrollment/androidplus/enterprise/zebra_migration_ae.html ALL criteria seems to be respected -> version of MX is 9.4  / no google account someone have any idea, why i can not migrate  ? Last thing, device was migrate before to entreprise ... because i make some test But i make a factory reset  re install the OS 7 + re enroll into mobicontrol  thanks for your help

    How to migrate Profile Android+ PhoneCall to Android Entreprise work managed ?

    Hello all, My configurtation of server of Mobicontrol is on version v15.5.1.1010 I have a profile android classic (Android+), who contains some phonecall restriction (black list / white list). Also, we disabled mms and sms into the profile. Actually, I try to migrate to android entreprise work managed. I create a new profile work managed / go to configuration / add .. but i can not find any option for phone call .. Anyone have idea ? thanks for your help
