    How can I retry the installation of a System Update Policy without revoking the entire profile?

    Good Afternoon.  We have a system update policy in place on our Samsung devices. I have gone into the profile and extended the policy another 90 days. However, 76 devices are showing "Install failed" Is there a way to retry this without revoking the entire profile? We use only 1 profile that includes a simple kiosk screen and our configurations.

    LockDown "Install Failed" on the Zebra TC21 with Android 11

    Hi there !i'm currently deploying a new batch of 20 TC21 for a customer with Android 11.On some of them, after having installed MobiControl agent + Plugin and registered them, i have a status of the Profile Deployment on "Partially installed" ("Installé Partiellement" in french).If i'm looking in details, the Lockdown option in in status "Install Failed", no problem with the 'Authentication'.On some of the TC21 in error, i was able to finally deployed the Profile correctly after one or two resets of the Handheld. But on 3 of them, no way to do it. I don't understand why i had this error on some TC21, and why on some others, everything went fine ?Thanks for your help.See screenshots attached :)Best regards
