Attempting to enroll Zebra MC9300 scanner using the QR Code but the QR screen is not showing up Solved

Customers created a QR code enrollment and sent them to the end user. They then requested the user to enroll the device but they reported that the usercan't scan the QR code. The user said that after tapping the welcome screens 7 times, the QR Code screen is not showing up on the device itself. Details of the device are below:Make and Model: Zebra MC9300 Android version: 10 MobiControl version: 2024.1.2 The customer normally deliver one brand new Zebra MC9300 together with the SOTI enrollment QR code to the end user. User will then open the box, scan the QR code and the device will be enrolled automatically.
