Any ideas how to check which devices are on admin mode than into user mode when using kiosk mode in devices? Best regards
Hi we are using SOTI for 3000+ Android devices with SOTI 13.4 and would like to switch to single app mode. However we are not able to access the administator mode and we have tried that "touch" solution in this article (https://discussions.soti.net/kb/administrator-mode-while-in-single-app-mode/) on multiple devices without success. Does this really work? Is there any script command we could use to "enable/disable" SAM ? The only fix we found so far and it's not really usable is uninstalling the application we are running - this is however a poor solution since we want to access the devices for troubleshooting.
