I couldn't find what I'm looking for in documentation or forum search. Does anyone have a list that describes the error codes produced in the device log reports under Mobi-Control? For example, I have one scanner producing a consistent "Error sending message (Error sending message (type=23), General communication error)". Wondering what may be causing that and if there's a list with the other producible error codes and their descriptors. Thank you in advance!!
My current script is a log saying that %Devicename% has initiated a wifi reconnect, then uses the wifireconnect macro. But I also want to include the last known coordinates before/as the script was ran. Currently I have to match timestamps with the collected data section but I'd like my log to say %Devicename% has initiated a wifi reconnect, last known location was (Latitude and Longitude).
Hello, Has anyone had any luck downloading the Android Debug logs from the log tab on a given device? When ever I send the command I receive no response for 1 minute, then the zip file is created and downloaded but is always only 86 bytes and invalid. The logs show the following: Action sent (Get Device Android debug Logs) Action sent (Device Android debug logs download request failed: Error retrieving agent log. Server reported error: The operation has timed out.) Error receiving file (Error receiving file "%logpath%\bugreport.log.zip", Timed out waiting for response) We manage a number of servers on varying versions of mobicontrol with the same result. The instance in question is the following: Mobicontrol Version: 15.2.0.4819 Agent Versions: 14.4.2.1039 Enrollment Type: Android Enterprise / Fully Managed Device Types: MC9300 (Android 8) , TC52 (Android 10), CK65 (Android 9) Hoping someone has experienced this and has a solution or insight as to what the issue may be. Thanks, Shawn
I have seen this entry in the MC logs, and I am unsure if it is generating I/O errors. Anyone familiar with this? Specifically on the TC75.
Hi, I dont know if this is the right forum, but I figured someone might have run into this. I am trying to do some troubleshooting on a TC75 in Android Studio. However despite that my Zebra device is actually connected on ADB, then it is not listed as a device in Android Studio (see attached screenshot). Any ideas? I've been through resetting ADB service, reconnecting, restarting etc.
How to get an adb log from an Android device for further investigation?
