I couldn't find what I'm looking for in documentation or forum search. Does anyone have a list that describes the error codes produced in the device log reports under Mobi-Control? For example, I have one scanner producing a consistent "Error sending message (Error sending message (type=23), General communication error)".
Wondering what may be causing that and if there's a list with the other producible error codes and their descriptors.

Thank you for posting in SOTI Central.
The outlined error message seems to mean the agent is struggling to complete a check-in or to send across a device snapshot. If it only affects one device, it might be a hardware issue. Or perhaps an issue that could be resolved by a factory reset. In the event the issue persists, try looking into a Feature Control with "Doze Mode" Disabled, as that might be related.
