Thank you for requesting a response from SOTI Support Staff.
This error message appears when MobiControl is in the process of sending actions like a script, file sync, package etc. down to the device and the device is not connected.
Every device when connected to the server holds a socket connection in order to communicate.
Do you have anything being deployed to devices that are unable to receive the payloads?

Thanks for getting back to me. This is quite a simple setup. The only things being installed to the device are the Android Enterprise Agent and some apps from the Play Store. We are not syncing files, scripts or packages. Does this just suggest the Wi-Fi is dropping on the devices?
