This seems to be a fairly common question on the forum, please see below threads for an explanation on the error:
Could you please confirm what version of MobiControl you have installed on your server and what types of devices you have deployed? If this is happening at a regular frequency and/or is causing issues in your environment then this may require a more in-depth invesigation on a Support case which can be opened by contacting support@soti.net.
