Hi, I've got a Zebra MC3300ax devices with the Version 11-20-18.00-RG-U00-STD-HEL-04 that i am trying to update up to 14-32-12.00-UG-U03-STD-HEL-04 Version, i have copied the file with File sync to a set location and once it is done i have sent the script (Type Legacy) : install_system_update /sdcard/update/HE_FULL_UPDATE_14-32-12.00-UG-U03-STD-HEL-04.zip to which i get the log error Custom log (Mx OTA failed: Any idea what could be the cause of this? i have tried moving the file to diffrent locations and even diffrent update files to slightly lower versions but it always give the same error. Hello, I have a server that works well in last year, but today, after I create a new profile, I can't assign this new, or one of existing profiles. It shows an error: The server could not complete your request. An internal server error occurred. My mobicontrol version is 15.5 On-Prem installation. Any idea how to solve this? Thanks.
Recently we have had trouble sending certain commands to our handhelds. One of the most common ones we have seen is the error message below when sending the Check-in Command. ERROR Error sending the Check-in action to 1 device(s). When I go to the logs for this device, it shows the request for the Check-in but does not show it as resolved on the next line like it would when it normally works. Is this a known issue? Further details below: Handheld Models: TC56 + TC57 Android Oreo 8.1 SOTI MobiControl Version: 15.4.2.1020
Hello Soti COmmunity, I have since about 4 weeks the problem that I can no longer configure Application Run Control. Before I had edited a profile öffter one after the other and then suddenly came when editing the error. Does anyone have an idea what it can be and how I get this error away? I have upgraded to Soti Mobicontrol 15.6.1 and it is installed on a Windows Server 2016. If any other details are needed please let me know. Thank you very much for your support.
Hi, I'm getting the error below on a particular MobiControl instance, every time I try to add a new package to a profile. I.e. I can add the package itself, and I can select "Save and assign", but when I get the dialog which displays the folders, this error pops up and prevents me from actually assign the updated version of the profile to a folder. N.b. I've tried this in both Brave and Chrome. Any ideas what could be the matter?
Hi everyone, I installed a new on premise instance with MobiControl V15.5In the admin utility everything is okay. When I enter onto the web console there are some warning messages. Do you have any ideas what I can to there to solve this? It is on a Windows Server 2019 with SQL Express 2019. We had no error messages while installing. Only thing we had to do was an offline activation of the license.
I couldn't find what I'm looking for in documentation or forum search. Does anyone have a list that describes the error codes produced in the device log reports under Mobi-Control? For example, I have one scanner producing a consistent "Error sending message (Error sending message (type=23), General communication error)". Wondering what may be causing that and if there's a list with the other producible error codes and their descriptors. Thank you in advance!!

I am suddenly getting this error in soti surf when trying to log in through a google account to a website Error 403: disallowed_useragent They are running Android 8.1 agent version 14.4.1.1064 and surf version 15.3.2 build 3
Trying to add approved Google Managed Apps to specific Enterprise Binding and get "Internal Server Error." Logs show Out of Contact policy didn't configure, Connection to %^@@.mobicontrolcloud.com, Device connected to server. I started over and added a new policy (no clone) and get same results.
Hi SOTI, One of our devices keep getting the following error message. Error sending message (Error sending message (typ=30), General communication error) Error sending message (Error sending message (typ=31), General communication error) Could you please help us to fix this problem since our representative his device doesn't sync our latest data. We have tried the following. Set the rule network Restrictions on Wi-Fi only Set the rule network Restrictions on Cellular only Set the rule network Restrictions on LAN / Wi-Fi and Cellular We gave the representative a brand new Samsung Galaxy tablet All this above didn't help, we keep getting the type=30 and type=31 error message. All other rules that this device has running does sync well without any problems, we even removed all rules and only kept this one to double check and still same error message. We have over 60 devices in Europe that use multiple rules and it works perfectly, but not with this user / devices. Hope you SOTI can help us out, because that would be great!

Hello, I've got an Erro while Enrolling Android Enterprise Devices. "SSL Handshake Failed". I tested devices of differnt manufacturers. For me it looks like there's a problem with the database? It's on an seperate SQL Server. Anybody knows this problem? Thanks for your help! Hi, I am trying to remote view an Alcatel 1S and getting the following error:- Error: The Session has been closed. Please try again. Error Code: 1000 This have been able to remote view in the past but no longer working. I noticed on an other post to try and reinstall the plug in but this has not worked in the case.
