ERROR DataLayerFault

Hi,

I'm getting the error below on a particular MobiControl instance, every time I try to add a new package to a profile. I.e. I can add the package itself, and I can select "Save and assign", but when I get the dialog which displays the folders, this error pops up and prevents me from actually assign the updated version of the profile to a folder. 

N.b. I've tried this in both Brave and Chrome.

Any ideas what could be the matter?

Thank you for posting on SOTI Central.

Are you on-premises or SOTI Cloud-based?


From your Chrome Console logs, we could see:

Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist,

ERROR Error at new DataLayerFault 

and also Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error), etc. 

If you are on-premises have you tried to restart the MS services?

If you are still experiencing some issues, you may to raise a ticket with Technical Support to further investigate your issue.
