Database and Service Warning message

Hi everyone, 

I installed a new on premise instance with MobiControl V15.5
In the admin utility everything is okay. 
When I enter onto the web console there are some warning messages. Do you have any ideas what I can to there to solve this? It is on a Windows Server 2019 with SQL Express 2019. 
We had no error messages while installing. Only thing we had to do was an offline activation of the license.

Hi Leon,

we have Upgraded the Lab System also to 15.5. and only had the "Databas Maitenance Status" failure.

I recommand that you open a Ticket at Soti.

We will do it the Same way, but i had at the moment no time to create a ticket.

For the SOTI service message I found the reason.

Hi Leon, 

can you go to "Services" and Start the MobiControl Search Service.

If you get the Message "The MobiControl Search service terminated unexpectedly" and running the Setup of MC15.5 and it is not fixed.

Run the Setup from the JAVA installation, i had it that the java was damaged why Ever.

After running again the OPEN JDK Setup OpenJDK11U-jdk_x64_windows_hotspot_11.0.14_9.exe the Search Service was able to Start.

Hi Marcus, 

I am a bit confused because I have no "errors" in the Admin Utility. 

Already contacted the support. Waiting for a response.
