Hi Andreas,

only with an Snapshot or backup.

When you have DB and MobiContorl on different Server it is difficould.

Normaly is in the Script running bevore applying the updates doing a Backup of the SQL Database.

I have all (Database & MobiControl) on the same Server and do before starting a Upgrade a Snapshot to can get back if a failure is happening.

Hello Meindl,

Thank you for posting in the SOTI Central Discussion Forum.

The build you have mentioned to have installed was not the intended build to be released and as a result, we apologize for any errors you are seeing in your DB.

The official and recommend 15.4 build has now been released and is available for download here

Nonetheless, we do not recommend continuing from the 15.4.0.4735 build and installing the newer version over it but rather to install from a clean installation or restore your backup from the previous installation and follow the upgrade path from an officially supported version.

Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Regards,
