Good afternoon, I am having trouble with a set of applications that we have set as Mandatory installs on our devices. We currently are using TC56s/TC57s but are wanting to incorporate a couple of MC930s into our arsenal but have hit a snag with the application installs. We are getting the message "Your device isn't compatible with this version." Our demo unit provided to us was able to have the application installed onto it so I have a hard time believing that is correct. We have already asked the person who provided the DEMO but haven't received a response yet. TIMS Assistant is one of the applications. Is there something I need to do on MobiControl's end to allow for the install? Thank you,James

Procedure 1.Enroll device as AE2.Apply a profile which has package as self service to a device group3.Tap Mobicontrol Agent on device lockdown screen,and open profile status4.Tap install button 5.It becomes pending status and not completed by next checkin Comment 1.We changed checkin schedule from 1/24hours to 1/30minutes temporary,but we don't want to do this treatment nexttime because it increases server load.We want to know why it isn't started to install package immediately after device manipulation untill checkin. 2.It is impossible to use App Catalog Rules for private app because our customer has not Gsuit Accoount,and,App Catalog also needs to checkin for installation and takes 2 or 3 days untill delivery apps. Hello !We are deploying specific applications with Mobicontrol to Samsung Galaxy J6 devices.Is it possible to change the notification sound and notification vibration just for the deployed app via script?We are using Samsung ELM Agents.
I just enrolled 1 Zebra TC52 (DO) with google enterprise profile. I have created a configuration profile to install an apk. Is there any option to force apk installation without the need for user to accept installation ? thx. steve
