Hi All, We are starting to use Android for our Handheld barcode devices, at the moment Honeywell EDA61K, Unfortunately are the users complaining that the brightness not are high enought, so i would like to force the brightness to max at all time with Mobicontrol, Have anybody tried to do that, or can't point me in the direction. The devices are installed as Android Classic, and we already have a lockdown menu and programs installed through Mobicontrol on the devices, so perhaps it's only a script we need to add to the lockdown menu. Our System: Mobicontrol 15.3.0.6713 Honeywell Devices - Android 9 Device agent and Plugin 15.1.1.10.31 Best Regards Matthias S.
Hi Users want to be able to adjust brightness themself. I've tried to play with the settings in SOTI but was unable to make it work so far. Am I missing something? Or are specific settings in conflict with eachother? Device; TC21 OS version 10 Agent; 14.5.5.1023 Here are some settings that are enabled right now.
Good morning, i have added settings manager to our kiosk screen. This enables the end user to change wifi connections, bluetooth, and brightness. For some reason when the end user changes their brightness, as soon as you leave settings manager, the brightness will revert itself. this is an issue because our employees work outside, when the device is dim it is hard to see and settings manager will not hold it bright. Currently i have been going into admin mode on the tablet and going to the actual settings and adjusting the display there. i have reviewed my profile and all the feature controls seem correct. what could be causing this issue?
