Hello Guys, has anyone encountered a Bug where you have to enter the Enrollment PIN exactly 2 Times? When i start the Agent i get a prompt for password, i then need to enable keyboard ( only numberfield on CN51). After that ill type in the PIN and i tested this multiple times, so PIN was 1000% correct, but after entering screen goes back to the "Enther Enrollment PIN". Entering the PIN again is then succesful.. Agent(A+): 13.6.0.1045 MobiVersion: 14.2.2.1170 Thanks in Advance.
I am trying to identify why Bluetooth is disabled suddenly on a device. https://support.honeywellaidc.com/s/article/How-to-disable-Bluetooth-by-policy Somehow, the "Disabled" value is set to 1 after working properly all along. How do I track down why this happened? Device: Intermec CN51 OS: Windows Mobile/CE 5.2 Soti Mobicontrol: v14.1.8
We have an connection issue for the MobiControl agent on our CN51 devices. When the agent starts it just says "Connecting to xxx" and nothing happens, if you manually click connect it connects directly to the server. We suspect that the SIM cards data Connection is not yet ready when the agent is starting and tries to connect. Is it possible to configure re-connect after a few seconds on the agent, or can you delay the startup? Thanks / Henric
