Hello everyone, Does anyone know how to configure SOTI as a Data Resource in i-NET Clear Reports to create a custom layout for my reports? I appreciate any provided help. Regards,
Hi all, I have created custom attributes (e.g. SIM-PIN, SIM-PUK, ...) and added some information for each device. Now I want to create a custom report using these custom attributes, but I cant find them in the database at all. Does anyone know the specific tablename? OS: Microsoft Server 2019 MS SQL Version: 15.0.4123.1 MobiControl Version: 15.3.1.1151 Thanks in advance. Best, Stephan
I've been asked to find out how often devices are being used to determine if they have over/under ordered for the warehouse. I am not seeing anything relevant when poking through the reports and the closest thing I can see is using custom data collection which logs who is logged into the WMS app we are using, which would not make an easy to read report. Is there anything already setup like this that can be utilizied?
Good afternoon SOTI Support . We want your usual support for the enable following features: How to extract report for devices that connect with and without SIM card? How to Close formatting the devices from users and make it centralized for admins only? How to extract phone and internet log report for devices ?
I would like to get a list that shows which version of a specific app is installed on all/selected devices. For example I want to see how many devices have WhatsApp installed on them and which version is installed on each device. Is there a way to do this without creating a custom report? If not, then our MobiControl is on the cloud and to have this report made by Soti support requires that the company pays a fee but since this might be a one time thing it might be more feasible to design the custom report myself. However I'd need the DB details & table names on our instance of MobiControl so is this something that Soti provides or not? Using MobiControl 14.1.4.1693 with Android Plus devices.
Is it possible to create a report based on data collection? For example all devices having an app in the foreground at a certain date/time.
