To update you,   "creating a custom report"  still remains consistent in all later MobiControl versions as something we recommend engaging our Professional Services Department to have them create the customization you are interested in, with the required data.  Please note this is a pay per use service.

Therefore To request for Professional sevices also , I  recommend you to please raise a support case(click here ) or call SOTI Support team.

If you still want to try by yourself  then Unfortunately , we donot have any public facing documentation to help you with that since it comes under scope of Professional services but I am sharing few links which might be useful for you and more you can search on this soti central discussion portal.
