Create custom reports

Dear sirs, I am new in SOTI reports and I would like to create some of them.

For start, I want a report for Andoid devices (Zebra TC26) in which I can find : Login time of the user, GPS location monitoring (where the device is moving), logout of the user.

Is there a manual for creating custom reports ?

While it is in principle possible to use tools such as Crystal Report, i-net Clear Reports, etc. to generate custom reports, the main issue is to understand sufficiently the database schema (i.e. the details and relationships between different fields in hundreds of database tables) to come up with report that is accurate.     The problem gets even more complicated with different MobiControl versions as the schema evolve continuously, with some new tables/fields added and old tables/fields being obsolete from time to time.

I don't think there is any detailed manual talking about custom reports generation.   However,  a Soti customer may approach Soti to create custom report, possibly with a fee based on the complexity of the problem size and report generation.
