I am trying to block users from using certain apps that are siphoning our data pool when roaming. Where do you find the Bundle ID for an app like YouTube, Netflix or Facebook?
Hi I need to disable the data usage waning, which for our usage happens fairly quick. Settings - Network and internet - data usage - mobile data usage - uncheck set data Warning. The one that I mean is this one: https://www.wikihow.tech/Turn-Off-Data-Usage-Warnings-on-Your-Android Any ideas?
I have a rule that sends me an email when a device goes over 2GB of data usage in a given billing cycle. In the message there are a few variables that can be added (Alert, Source, Locate, Date, Time, and Time Zone). My questions is, can we use other unique device information in the message? I have a custom attribute called "Route Number" that I would like to reference in the message to easily recognize who went over the threshold.
Hi, Just wondering if any one knows of a way to automate this pop up. We have recently upgrade mobicontrol from v13.3 to v14.1 and are running a few test on our Android+ device and with each agent upgrade they user will get prompted with this pop-up. Is there an automated or silent way to update the agent on user devices without having this pop up? We currently have over 1700+ devices and having this pop up on everyone phone is not ideal when deploying across multiple cities. Any help with he appreciated.
Hi all, We are wanting to pull off the data usage directly from devices. I know this data is stored on the device as you can physically check the device to view it. Is there any way to run a script to pull this data off? Or possibly any other method to view data usage? Devices: Samsung XCover3, Samsung Acti Tab
