I'm new to the SOTI platform and am trying to install my first enterprise apps on our devices. I just moved a number of apps from our staging folder in SOTI into subfolders in Soti. I see that 2 file folders that were installed on the ipads when we provisioned them are gone.. I'm assuming that happened when we moved the devices from one folder to the other?More importantly, I have apps associated with each of the folders.. the apps are grayed out on the ipads and when you press the app you get a pop up that says 'Ynable to install {app name} please try again later"Why would that happen?
I´m working with android enterprise in honeywell devices, such as eda71 and eda51, i enabled the kiosk mode and it is working fine in device owner mode, but i want to disable the status bar expansion because if not, the users can turn off the wifi or change other settings, but i need to see the status bar to check the signal and battery status, in android+ this function it´s shown in lockdown settings, but with enterprise configuration i only see status bar in activity supression. Thanks
Hi, I have a device that I have had in our live system many times that won't enroll now! I am provisioning the device as an Enterprise device by scanning a QR code from the GMS screen but it keeps failing on the Connection To Server screen. The device will enroll into our test system straight away but when I try to enroll back into the Live system it just fails. The logs from the MobiControl application just say "Connection to server failed" Is there a cache or something that I can clear that will help with this? I've tried to perform a factory reset several times and replace the OS on the device. The device is a Zebra TC77.
