We have over 300+ Panasonic FZ-X1 handheld devices and we need to check the battery serial numbers. I noticed at this link that this is something that Data Collection can collect. My issue is that we have Mobicontrol v.14.2 and not v14.4 (from the reference pages version below). When my collection rule is setup, Battery Serials aren't being collected.
