    How to download a folder from the device's storage with remote control ? Solved Locked

    Hello there, I need to download a folder full of different subfolders with log files. I use the remote control feature to see the device's storage : Is there a way to download directly the main folder and not just download each file one by one ? Or is there another way to get it ? Some information : - Android Enterprise - Supported APIs : RC Virtual Display, Work Managed Device, Advanced Android Plus 1.0, Android Plus 1.16 - Android 9.0 (Honeywell Thor VM3a) Thank you.
