How to download a folder from the device's storage with remote control ?

Hello there,

I need to download a folder full of different subfolders with log files.

I use the remote control feature to see the device's storage :

Is there a way to download directly the main folder and not just download each file one by one ?

Or is there another way to get it ?

Some information :

- Android Enterprise

- Supported APIs : RC Virtual Display, Work Managed Device, Advanced Android Plus 1.0, Android Plus 1.16

- Android 9.0 (Honeywell Thor VM3a)

I believe you can set up a File Sync Rule to pull a full folder from the device to the server.  You might also be able to use the legacy Remote Control desktop client to pull a folder.

Thank you very much for you quick answer.

You've got the solution with the legacy RC desktop client. Never used it, but it looks really powerful compared to the web based version.

Hello all,

yes matt has reason used a file sync rules for to for example UPLOAD folder to a server.

We, upload every night all log file for all devices as this, if we receive some incident or problem reported in a few minute i can get log file, install on a device and reproduce the problem..
