    how to change ct60 keyboard form qwerty tot azerty using a package install?

    i need help changing the keyboard layout to azerty it is a ct60 device in android 10.I would like to do this using a xml file  the post install i'm ussing is: sendintent -b "intent:#Intent;action=com.honeywell.tools.deviceconfig.enabledeviceconfig;S.deviceconfigfilepath=/sdcard/honeywell/persist/deviceconfig.xml;launchFlags=0x1400020;end"
