You should only be installing one of the plugins and not both. Make sure you're matching the right plugin to the device model.
You may also need to verify that you've correctly enrolled the device as a Fully Managed / Work Managed Device. If you enrolled it as Work Profile mode then you likely won't have Remote Control capability.
Tests were carried out on a complement and we were unable to take control.
When configuring the VMT with the Work Device profile, the VMT is not configured as a Work Device, but as a Work Profile, and under no circumstances does it allow us to add it as the same.
Work Profile is likely your issue then. Work Profile is a BYOD use case designed for managing personal user phones. It is therefore not built to allow for silent Remote Control. You need to have the devices fully managed in order to be able to manage them effectively as line-of-business enterprise owned assets, which includes the ability to have Remote Control. The devices will need to be factory reset and re-enrolled using a Device Owner enrollment strategy.
