WiFi is not auto-connecting to managed network Solved

Good day, SOTI Community. I've configured a Wi-Fi profile for my iPads so they should automatically join a specific network. The profile deploys successfully, and the devices show the SSID and credentials as expected. However, the iPads don't actually connect to the network on their own; they only join once I manually tap the SSID. After that first manual connection, they auto-connect normally.Has anyone else seen this or know what might cause the first auto-join to fail? Or is this by Apple's design for security/privacy measures?iPadOS v26.0.1MobiAgent v2025.1.0.2051SOTI MobiControl v2025.1.0.1010Thanks, MDel

    Content Library report

Is there a way to generate a report on which devices downloaded and viewed files in the Content Library for Apple devices. My goal is to upload a training video in the SOTI MobiControl's Content Library and have the end user play that training video in their device, and track this activity. Device: iPad 10th Generation OS: iPadOS 18.0.1

Show Device Serial Number on Lock Screen iPad

I'm looking to find the solution to display device's serial number in lock screen.I haven't found a way to set this through SOTI MobiControl. I've tried using the profile configuration by going through Profile > New Profile > Apple > iOS > Configurations Tab > + > Lock Screen Message > (filled in footnote message) > (but it does not dynamically display Device Serial Number in Asset Tag Information) Any input would be greatly appreciated! Device: iPad 10th Generation OS: iPadOS version 18.0.1 Serial Number: X1G7T5Ik4

"Profile installation Failed The SCEP server returned an invalid response." Solved

Hi All, We are currently setting up 90 ipads and joining them through MDM. We have setup around 4x and then suddenly one of the ipads give the following error: "Profile installation Failed The SCEP server returned an invalid response." We cannot solve this by restarting the ipad, not many actions to perform really. Meanwhile, other ipads configured before and after this problematic ipad have no such problem... Can anyone suggest a solution on how to resolve this? Thank you.
