Is anybody out there who has already done a successful integration of MobiControl into ServiceNow to retrieve device information via the REST-API?

App query custom data from MC Agent

We have to integrate some Android 10 and 11 solutions to our environment. There are some solutions which parameters we would like to set by MC console. Some of this parameter demand information that is available by MACROS as %IMEI% or by custom data. I could not find a way to create a .ini file or .xml file in the device that could receive such values, but we may see the information reaches the device, because in the lock down menu it shows as passed. Is there a way to an app request to MC agent a custom attribute or values such IMEI ? Is there a way, by script ou rule, to write a file, which content includes the IMEI and Custom:Data? Up to now, my solution has been to create a filesync rule and, by its post sync script,  rename it to the %IMEI%.xxx (%IMEI% could be any macro I want to share, including custom attributes or custom data) The application in the device searchs for the .xxx file and by checking its name finds what would be the content. Other way was to pass it by send intent command, but I could not find how to do it in the lockdown launchers. If there were a way to the app inquire directly to the MC agent, it would be better.

    SOTI MobiControl integration with ServiceNow

Hey there! I'm trying to integrate MobiControl with ServiceNow. To achieve this I'm trying to get the access token in Servicenow using token POST api. But I'm not able to make successful connection and get the Access Token. I guess I'm making the below mistakes 1. Not converting the Client ID and Client secret to correct RFC2045 MIME Base64 - How do we do this? I'm using notepad++ MIME Tools to convert. Is this correct? or am I doing it wrong? 2. I'm little confuse on how to use the Grant Type? It says follow the below format  POST https://server.domain.tld/MobiControl/api/token HTTP/1.1 Host: server.domain.tld Authorization: Basic QXBwbGljYXRpb24xOkFwcGxpY2F0aW9uMVBhc3N3b3Jk Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded Content-Length: 53 grant_type=password&username=Administrator&password=1Attaching the image how I can do in ServiceNow, not sure it's correct  Error I'm getting while calling the API javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Connection reset When I use postman for the same I'm getting "error": "invalid_client" I appreciate any help! thank you in advance.

    SDK for Android Enterprise

In IOS and in Windows CE is possible to propagate values from an app to be collected by a collection rule. We may also use Rest API in console to get/set values to custom attributes. Is there a sdk to Android Enterprise Agent integration that, as in IOS, allow to get/set values from local device agent ?

Can MobiControl be used to automatically send messages through API to Android?

We are currently looking into the possibility of automatically sending a message to an Android device. Basically once an event occurs on our ERP system we want to send out a message to the Android device of the user that their request is ready. Is there some way to automate sending messages to users based in defined criteria? And is it possible to integrate this with an Oracle ERP system?

Automation of building .pcg file Solved

I am looking for some way how to automate building of multiple .pcg files for our use-case - for us ideal is to integrate it into Jenkins where the whole project and all apps are automatically compiled. Does SOTI's MobiControl Package Studio plan to provide (OR provide but in documentation I found nothing about it) any way of automatiion e.g. command line building access? In my opinion it is interesting, possible and nice to have feature for lots of people here. Thanks for information.
