I am trying to deploy a Powerpoint template to the proper directory (/Users/<username>/Group Containers/....) on all managed Macs. Copying the template into the /tmp folder on the Macs works, but.... When I execute the post download script, the copying / moving (with cp or mv) to the proper directory fails due to insufficient permissions of the destination folder (/Users/<username>/Group Containers/....). However, the script is executed as root. So the permissions should be sufficient. But still it does not work. I researched a little: it might be that this is connected to the security measures on OSX Sequoia. My question: Is there any way to copy the template into the intended folder? Any special tricks with MobiControl? Any hint?
Hello, I have a problem. During work, the Mobicontrol app pops up at certain intervals for our coworkers, and this disturbs them. Is there a way to hide it or make it appear less frequently throughout the day?
Is it possible to deploy a zip folder to Macs through SOTI? The zip folder contains an installer file for a third-party application, along with some configuration files required for the app installation. The goal is to push the app to Mac devices via SOTI. Any help or information would be appreciated. Thanks!

Does anyone has experience with rolling out Macs via Soti? We managed most things, i think but we have some programs not deployed via app store which need a installation script. There's no way like on android to create a package and deploy it to MAC devices, so does anyone knows a possibility to do so?
Hi, I cannot find a way to push files into MacOS. The only way is via the Content Library, but that doesn't save them to the local computer, so they can be used as wallpaper and lockscreen. Any suggestion please? Thank you.
Hi together, how I can upload bigger files to SOTI for deploying? I have a .pkg file with 1.67 GB size. My problem is the upload needs more time then the login timeout. Can someone upload it from the server or change the timeout time? Our server is in the cloud. Thank you in advance and have a nice weekend Janni
I can install the Enrollment Profile without issue, but when I go to actually enroll a MacOS Catalina device I get this error. I've tried it on three different systems so far today and all give the same error. It says: Profile Installation Failed. The profile "MobiControl Device Enrollment (net.soti.mobicontro.enrollment.phase1:uuid-here)" could not be installed due to an unexpected error. <NSCocoaErrorDomain:3840>
Specifically looking for documentation on how to deploy .app packages as well as .dmg and .pkg. Thank you.
I enrolled 45 macOS devices- all via the URL. All but 2 are offline. Why is this?
