Thank you for requesting an answer from SOTI Support.
The devices are showing as offline because there is no agent present on the device. The MobiControl agent should have been downloaded as part of the enrollment process.
You can download this as a manual process from our agent downloads page, but I would suggest you create a Support case to have a Support agent assist with this.
