Hi
I've noticed that some devices that I've enrolled recently do not show the MAC address of the device in the Mobicontrol device details. I use this information to be displayed on the Lockdown screen for support reasons since the MAC address is used in the firewall.
MAC randomization is off.
Both are running the same Agent version (15.3.3.1069) and are the same OEM version (11-20-18.00-RG-U00-STD-HEL-04)
Mobicontrol version: 15.6

The same here with Zebra MC93 (no MAC displayed in MobiControl)
MobiControl Version: 15.4.0.4737
Agent: 15.3.3.1069

have TC52 & TC52x with the latest Android 11 Patch.
Can see the MAC in MobiControl.
But in Kiosk mode i do not see the MAC, that Value is actually Blank.
Since Agent 15.3.3 is installed.
Use that in the Script:

Have opend a Ticket at Soti for that Problem.
New Agent has been released

After Update the MAC is getting displayed at the Kiosk.
may that solve also the other "MAC" Problems ?
It is possible that some privacy and security-related information become inaccessible for newer Android firmware and/or agent version or enrollment mode. Make sure the problematic AE device has the right AE plug-in installed and all requested device-agent app permissions granted. If the problem is consistently present on newly enrolled devices, and not for devices enrolled/deployed previously or for a long time, then the difference can be due to residual information left in DevInfo and related database tables when the MAC address information was already read & stored with older agent/firmware version.
