I've noticed that some devices that I've enrolled recently do not show the MAC address of the device in the Mobicontrol device details. I use this information to be displayed on the Lockdown screen for support reasons since the MAC address is used in the firewall.

MAC randomization is off.

Both are running the same Agent version (15.3.3.1069) and are the same OEM version (11-20-18.00-RG-U00-STD-HEL-04)
