Dear SOTI support, I have done enterprise bindings my email address (samran.phumkhokrak@honeywell.com) by the SOTI Mobicontrol previous version around year 2018 and I never delete it. Now we have a new demo portal which is https://honeywelldemov14.mobicontrolcloud.com/MobiControl/WebConsole/home/global-settings/EnterpriseBindings When i like to add my existing email to this new portal, it said "You have already signed up with this enterprise". But i can't see my email adress in the Managed Enterprise email list. Please advise how to move my email address to current portal. Regard, Samran Phumkhokrak Mobile: +66818753378 samran.phumkhokrak@honeywell.com
Hi All, We've recently decided to move towards Soti and are currently preparing the environment but we're wondering if we can use a service account to setup managed enterprise? Walking through the bindings it seems the only possibility is by adding it through the Google authentication screen but service accounts aren't accepted there. I would like to prevent we need to create a separate account outside of our Google Enterprise environment to get this working? Reason for the managed enterprise binding is the dedicated devices we want to provision with some public and private play store apps which reside in the organisations Google Enterprise play store.
Is it possible to bind a managed enterprise account with a g-suite account. I got it to work with a regular google account but with the g-suite one it say its not compatible is there another way to do this. i tried binding the domain but then when i register a device the play store requires an account to sign in.
