Dear SOTI support,
I have done enterprise bindings my email address (samran.phumkhokrak@honeywell.com) by the SOTI Mobicontrol previous version around year 2018 and I never delete it.
Now we have a new demo portal which is https://honeywelldemov14.mobicontrolcloud.com/MobiControl/WebConsole/home/global-settings/EnterpriseBindings
When i like to add my existing email to this new portal, it said "You have already signed up with this enterprise".
But i can't see my email adress in the Managed Enterprise email list.
Please advise how to move my email address to current portal.
