DSE certification expiration on MobicontrolCloud?

Hi team.

When I connect to SOTI Mobi control admin, a message popup now.
I have searched article in Discussion, but I don't see clear answers.
Can you reply to me? 

SOTI Mobi Control version is 13.4.0.5121.
Access environment is SOTI cloud service. Not local installation.

The DSE certificate on MobiControl cloud instance has to be updated by Soti support team because customer has no access to Micrsoft remote desktop nor the MCadmin utility.   If your instance use the default domain S######.mobicontrolcloud.com (where ###### is a 6-digit instance number), then just send an e-mail to Soti support to make sure they follow up with the SSL certificate update.  However, if you have set the device management address to use your own domain (say mdm1.abc.com) and thus  using your own SSL certificate purchased from a CA, then you have to first renew your SSL certificate (associated with your  domain  mdm1.abc.com)  from the CA vendor, and then send the renewed SSL certficate to Soti support team to complete the DSE certiicate renewal process for you.

Following up on this thread, DSE certificate change was performed on all cloud servers before they expired, if you're still facing this issue please let us know we will troubleshoot the issue further.
